PRAGSAC patron, ISAAC ARMAH having an astronomy club session with the club members/pupils at Gbawe Islamic school complex, within the Weija /Gbawe Municipal. The club members learnt how to identify radio telescopes and state the functions of it’s parts. Good job Isaac ????????
Club monitoring and evaluation 2 The PRAGSAC team visited Osu Presbyterian Girls School in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana during their Astronomy Club Session.
The presentation was on “The importance of astronomy to Ghana. The students and teachers were excited to learn more about astronomy. Also present was the Municipal Director of Education for Awutu Senya East, Ms Faustina Alimatu Braimah. At the end of the presentation, the Municipal Director of Education inaugurated the astronomy club for the school.
